JICA 2025 年度 中小企業・SDGs ビジネス支援事業の採択を受けました

Selected for JICA’s “SME & SDGs Business Support Project” program 

　このたび、独立行政法人国際協力機構（JICA）が公募する「2025 年度 中小企業・SDGs ビジネス支援事業～ニーズ確認調査～」において、当社の提案した事業が採択されたことをお知らせいたします。

We are pleased to announce that our proposal has been selected for the “SME & SDGs Business Support Project” program organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). 

 

　本事業は、ベトナム国における花き流通の最適化を目的として実施されるもので、当社がこれまでに培ってきた花き流通での知見・ノウハウを活かし、現地政府・行政機関、および、現地花きサプライチェーンパートナーと連携しながら、花きオンライン取引システムの導入に向けた調査を行います。 

This project aims to address key challenges in the field of flower distribution in Viet Nam. Leveraging our expertise in flower distribution, we will work closely with local government and administration agencies and supply chain partners in the flower industry to investigate conditions　toward an introduction of the online flower trading system. 

 

〇 事業の概要 

  • 事業名：ベトナム国 花き取引システム導入を通じた流通の最適化にかかるニーズ確認調査（仮）
  • 対象国：ベトナム社会主義共和国 
  • 事業期間：2026年2月から1年間（見込み） 
  • 事業内容： 
    • 花き流通にかかる基礎情報収集 
    • 花きオンライン取引システム導入に向けたビジネスモデル検証 

Project Overview 

  • Project Title: SDGs Business Needs Confirmation Survey for Optimization of Distribution through the Introduction of a Flower Trading System in Viet Nam (tentative) 
  • Target Country: Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 
  • Project Period: One year from February (expected) 
  • Main Activities:  
    • Research for basic information of the flower distribution system 
    • Validation for a business model towards an introduction of the online flower trading system 

 

〇 本事業への取り組み背景 

　当社はこれまで、花き流通分野において国内外で多数のプロジェクトを実施してまいりました。ベトナム国においても、取引の効率化、透明化、公正化にあたり、当社の知見・ノウハウが課題解決に貢献できると判断し、JICA事業へ応募いたしました。現地花き産業の持続的な発展に資するソリューションの構築をさらに加速させてまいります。 

Background 

Our company has been actively engaged in numerous domestic and international initiatives in the field of flower distribution. In Viet Nam, we believe that our knowledge and know-hows can play a meaningful role in addressing efficiency, transparency and fairness for trading flowers. With the project’s selection by JICA, we are committed to accelerating our efforts to support sustainable development in the region. 

 

〇 期待される社会的影響と持続可能性への貢献 

本事業を通じて、ベトナムの花き産業における以下の課題解決を目指します。 

  1. 所得向上と働きがいの創出： 取引の透明化により、現地生産者の所得向上に寄与します。 
  2. 流通の合理化： サプライチェーン全体のDXを推進し、生産から販売までのプロセスを効率化します 
  3. データに基づく農業政策の支援： データの蓄積により、より効果的な農業政策を立案するための基盤を構築します。 

 Expected Social Impact and contribution to sustainability 

This survey aims to resolve several issues within the Vietnamese flower industry, 

  1. Improving Income for Growers: By making price-setting transparent, the efforts of growers to improve quality will be fairly evaluated, leading to increased income. 
  2. Rationalizing Distribution: Digitizing transactions that were previously paper-based or conducted in person will streamline the process from production to sales. 
  3. Support for Data-Driven Agricultural Policy: The accumulation of shipment data will provide a foundation for local governments to formulate more effective agricultural policies.
